STRENGTHEN THE GREEN PARTY PLATFORM. STRENGTHEN THE GREEN NEW DEAL. The Green Party platform should be greener. The Green New Deal should be greener.

CONFRONT ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. Most are naïve when it comes to politics. We have naïve Democrats, naïve Republicans, and naïve Greens. The Green Party is naive about greed. Greed knows no limits. A corporation without a green code of ethics is a malignant form of artificial intelligence. Stephen Hawking said to beware of the coming artificial intelligence. Most presume artificial intelligence to be something to be found in computers or the Internet. But artificial intelligence is already here in the form of the corporation. The corporation is an artificial person. Its charter and by-laws contain self-reinforcing and self-protective mechanisms. The corporation’s shareholders have limited liability and may pollute with no downside. Corporations can bribe legislators and regulators. If things go badly, the corporation can shut down and abandon the tailing ponds and nuclear plants from which the corporation made short term profits. Or the corporation can live eternally. CORPORATIONS ARE NOT PEOPLE. MONEY IS NOT SPEECH. Corporations can be a source for good or ill, depending on their code of ethics or the lack thereof. If their code calls only for-profit maximization, the corporation becomes a malignant form of artificial intelligence. Corporations should not have rights other than procedural due process. It should be legal to discriminate against corporations if they fail to do something good for the world. BECOME AN ORGANIC NATION. GMO labeling is not good enough. Everything can be grown organically. Therefore, everything should be grown organically. Organic crops will sell for more. BAN ROUNDUP AND ELEMINATE TOXIC FOOD. The World Health Organization has categorized Roundup as a confirmed carcinogen in animals and therefore a probable carcinogen in humans. Other countries are banning Roundup. We should too. Almost all wheat is sprayed with Roundup just before harvest, to kill the wheat and dry it out. Soy, corn, safflower, and sugar beets. Conventional, non-organic ingredients are cheaper, so most food products are prepared with conventional ingredients. And so almost all bread, cakes, cookies, pies, and anything made with wheat, is toxic, unless the the ingredients are organic. Almost all meat animals are fed conventional grains soaked with Roundup, so any meat from animals fed conventional grains are toxic. PRE-PAY FOR RECYCLING. For every plastic bottle, plastic bag, or any item not easily recyclable, the cost of recycling or disposal should be pre-paid, with the money put into a trust fund to cover the cost of recycling and/or reuse. Currently it is cheaper to throw broken items away than to repair them. So, the repair of broken items should be subsidized.

STOP DRILLING NOW. All new oil company capital should go into building solar, wind, wave, and tidal. “Hey Shell Oil, how much did you spend? $8 billion in the Chukchi Sea. You left. You said there was no oil. BAN SMART METERS, 5G, 5G SATELLITES. All-metal, analog meters are grounded and surge protected. Non-broadcasting electronic meters and broadcasting smart meters are not grounded and not sufficiently surge protected. Electronic and smart meters run constantly and raise utility bills. They catch fire. It is impossible to buy insurance to cover the harms caused by microwave radiation. Electronic and smart meters are more expensive than analog meters. They last only last 5 to 7 years, while analog meters last 30 years. Broadcasting electronic meters, so called smart meters, blast out powerful microwave pulses up to 190,000 times per day, reporting our every electrical activity, and driving away birds and insects.  For some humans, the effect is debilitating. Microwave radiation is harming all of us. Close proximity and hours of exposure hasten and increase odds of brain cancer. The WHO says microwaves are Type 2B carcinogens. Schools and businesses should be hard wired. Wi-Fi should mostly be turned off. High frequency G5 “small” cell towers the size of refrigerators on every block will fry us all. Total microwave exposure is the issue. Our goal should be fiber to each home, business, school, and Starbucks, with ethernet plugins everywhere for computers and cell phones. It should be possible to do everything with a plugged in cell phone (on airplane mode) that can be done on a cell phone using a Wi-Fi connection. Replace Wi-Fi in schools, homes, businesses with hard wired connections. Put cell phones in airplane mode when children play with them. Elon Musk and Big Wireless plan to put up 30,000 5G satellites, which will disrupt the ionosphere. There will be no place to hide. Electronic meters are a profitable fraud. BUILD FIBER OPTIC INTERNET. The irony of 5G is that 5G antenna cells must be interconnected by fiber optic cables. It makes more sense to extend fiber optic cables a few extra feet to each home and business. Finland has done it. It is a business magnet. Mt. Vernon WA offers one gigabyte up and down for $70 per month! Comcast and the other carriers have semi-monopolies and are making enormous profits selling us relatively slow connections. INSTITUTE DOOR-TO-DOOR TRANSIT AND TAKE HALF THE CARS OFF THE ROADS. Mass transit will never realize its full potential without a good way to get riders too and from mass transit. Using a flex-van system, riders could summon flex-vans to pick them up wherever they are and take them to transit centers. Vans would also deliver riders to local destinations such as the grocery or post office. The vans would fill up. In turn, the vans would fill up buses and trains. Together they would take in more revenues, lessen our subsidy of mostly empty busses, and have more capital left over to expand light rail. STOP ADDING TOXIC WASTE TO OUR DRINKING WATER.  So-called fluoride added to our drinking water is another profitable fraud. Fluorosilicic acid is toxic waste filth from phosphate fertilizer production. It is a cocktail of lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury, and thallium. HELP SALMON RECOVER – QUIT CONTAMINATING WATERS. Fluoridated water and Roundup from wheat farming and residential use drain into streams and rivers. We cannot support salmon recovery while continuing to add these poisons to our streams and rivers. We should ban them from our watersheds.

SUPPORT SAFE, EFFECTIVE, AND NECESSARY VACCINES. OPPOSE UNSAFE, INEFFECTIVE, OR UNNECESSARY VACCINES. The CDC vaccines do cause allergic reactions and adverse reactions. The healthiest children are the unvaccinated Amish kids and chiropractors’ kids. A 2004 CDC study concluded that the MMR causes autism. CDC officials then held a garbage can party and threw out enough subjects to change the conclusion. Not one of the common CDC childhood vaccines has been double blind tested against inert placebo. Only two people in the US have died from measles in the past 10 years, while around 108 have died from taking the MMR. Package inserts disclose serious adverse reactions. The insert for the MMR lists as one possible adverse reaction “death”. The CDC vaccines contain numerous toxic adjuvants. They contain undigested foreign DNA, which causes allergic reactions and autoimmune reactions. The CDC, like many state and federal agencies and colleges, has been taken over by the drug industry it regulates. Selling combo vaccines is per se negligence because it is impossible to determine which component causes the adverse reactions. The CDC vaccines are experimental. They should not be made mandatory. STOP AEROSOL SPRAYING OF COAL FLY ASH. Contrails from ordinary airplanes are water ice and dissipate in a few minutes. Chemtrails persist, spread out, and turn skies white. They are different from contrails. The EPA requires capture of coal fly ash coming from the smokestacks of coal burning plants. Coal fly ash piles up in massive tailing ponds. So, the EPA allows coal plants to use coal fly ash to make concrete, drywall, roadbed, shingles, and other products. And thousands of tons of coal fly ash is being sprayed daily over all the NATO countries. Assays done on chemtrail spray deposited on new fallen snow on Mt. Shasta found chemtrails to contain aluminum, barium, mercury, and other metals, the same elements found in coal fly ash. The metals being sprayed are positively charged and therefore hang in the air for a long time. They can be heated up by beaming microwave radiation into them. Hot spots can be used to redirect weather, even thousands of miles away. But the real reason for chemtrail spraying is to get rid of coal fly ash and make a profit for the coal industry. Aluminum and other metals sprayed on forests kills trees and makes them burn hotter. Chemtrail spraying has been going on since the mid-1990s. This is done with no vote, no hearing, and no explanation for the purpose. This is covert action in plain view. There are days where there are no contrails and no chemtrails at all, usually on the weekend, even though commercial planes are still flying. Commercial planes only rarely make contrails anymore, and when they do, the ice crystal dissipate in a few minutes. Chemtrails last all day. So, the persistent chemtrails are something different. REPARATIONS TO DESCENDANTS OF SLAVES. Lincoln would have given former slaves 40 acres and a mule. It did not happen. Reparation should be in the form of college and technical training for those who need it, counseling in financial management for those who need it, assistance for those who need it, help especially to children.

BUFFALO, WOLF, COUGAR, MOOSE, ELK COMMONS. We should create animal corridors to interconnect all Indian reservations, national parks, and national forests. EAT MORE VEGETABLES. EAT LESS MEAT AND DAIRY. BE AS VEGAN AS YOU CAN. With more than 7 million humans on this planet, we must eat lower on the food chain. WE SHOULD HAVE RANKED CHOICE VOTING. BAN COAL TRAINS. Coal is filthy to mine and filthy to transport. Coal cars are open to the wind. Up to a ton of coal can blow off each open car during transportation. Coal dust is laden with mercury, which blows out with the coal dust and then runs into Puget Sound and other bodies of water, where it contaminates fish. Coal trains violate littering laws and water pollution laws. They violate Indian treaties. Why aren’t coal trains sealed? CLOSE NUCLEAR PLANTS, RELOCATE WASTE. The Columbia Generation Station is substantially the same GE model as the Fukushima reactors which melted down and exploded in 2011. It is dirty, dangerous, and expensive. It regularly vents radioactive gasses. It is located downstream from earthen dams which could fail in an earthquake. It could flood and catch on fire. POWER AIRPLANES WITH HYDROGEN. SWITCH TO AIRSHIPS. Flying consumes vast amounts of petroleum and deposits the waste into the stratosphere. The best solution is new aircraft that would burn hydrogen. The problem with batteries is they are heavy, and mining the rare minerals needed to make batteries is destructive. Freight could be moved by airships, which travel slowly, but which can operate on solar power.

PREVENT COVID BY ELIMINATING NUTRITIONAL DEFICIENCIES. Big Pharma sees Covid-19 and thinks of making more billions with another vaccine. Vaccine, Vaccine, Vaccine. That is all we hear. Nothing about prevention by eliminating nutritional deficiencies and strengthening the body’s defenses. Big Pharma owns both major political parties plus CNN, CNBC, and FOX, by flooding them with cash. ELECTION AND CAMPAIGN FINANCE REFORM. Election reform, campaign finance reform, and public disclosure reform should all be addressed together. They overlap. You cannot do a good job of fixing one without fixing them all. Corporations should not be allowed to contribute. Lobbyists should not be allowed to arrange contributions. We should have instant run-off voting. RUN THE POST OFFICE LIKE A BUSINESS. The former postal bank should be revived and should compete with depository banks. With vast capital holdings, the Postal Bank could finance fiber optic to the home and business and compete with Comcast, Frontier, Verizon, and T-Mobile. MAKE SOCIAL SECURITY AND THE POSTAL BANK A SOVEREIGN WEALTH FUND. We should diversify SS investments into a mix of investment vehicles, government bonds, of course, but not only government bonds. Also invest in index funds like the DOW and in low LTV refinance mortgages. We should be able to invest additional funds in SS when we have the money. SS could become so profitable over time that the SS tax rate could be lowered. SS could end up owning a large percentage of the stock market. Individuals could be born with SS drawing rights for when they are in need.

STATES SHOULD SET UP STATE BANKS. State banks would manage and build state wealth and pension funds. State money would pass through state banks, creating vast amounts of capital. WORK EVEN HANDEDLY WITH ISRAELIS, PALESTINIANS, AND THE MUSLIM WORLD. The endless conflicts between Israelis, Sunnis, Shiites, Palestinians, Hezbollah, and Hamas risk the outbreak of war. The goal should be a comprehensive treaty covering peace, trade, investment, and mutual assistance among them all. The Green Party platform calls for BDS, boycotting, disinvesting, and sanctioning Israel. Given that Palestinians have never propose their own peace plan nor made a counteroffer to Israeli proposals, BDS is an overreach. Israel should be encouraged to continue to seek a two-state solution and not to annex Palestinian lands. Palestinians should be pressed to offer their own peace plan or to counter-offer to Israeli proposals. Israel should invite other Muslim and Arab countries to assist in negotiating a settlement with Palestinians.

RECOGNIZE KURDISTAN. The Kurds share our progressive values. We should recognize Kurdistan within northern Iraq as an independent nation and supply it with effective defensive weapons. The US should encourage Israel to recognize Kurdistan and to employ Kurdish good offices to negotiate a two-state solution for Israel and Palestine. Trump’s abandonment of the Kurds is one of Trumps most impeachable acts.

EXPOSE THE PROTOCOLS AS A FORGERY. After World War II, Skorzeny and other Natzis moved to the Egypt and poisoned Arab and Moslem attitudes towards Jews and Israel. The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion was plagiarized from French tracts that attacked Napoleon III. Russian editors replaced references to Napoleon III with the Learned Elders of Zion. This hate literature is sold everywhere in Moslem lands and should be exposed for the fraud that it is.

BAN CIGARETTE FILTERS. Cigarette filters are made of cellulose acetate, the most littered of all plastics. They do not filter out the smallest molecules such as carbon monoxide and the smallest particles of tar, which get inhaled most deeply into the lungs. Filters do nothing to make smoking any safer.

BAN LEADED GASOLINE. Tetraethyl lead killed its inventors. From the 1920s until 1996 leaded gasoline was sold in the US for cars and trucks. It is still allowed in aviation gasoline for use in old piston driven planes. Around 100 tons of lead per year is sprayed around US airports even today. It is still sold in such countries as Afghanistan, Yemen, Myanmar, Algeria, Yemen, and Iraq.  

THE GREEN PARTY SHOULD PURSUE A NON-ELECTORAL PRESIDENTIAL STRATEGY IN 2020. On the presidential level the Green Party is still in an organizational phase. The Green Party presidential candidate cannot win, but he/she could be a spoiler. It would be a tragedy if Trump were to be reelected and the Dems could blame it on the Green Party. Instead the Green Party candidate for president should urge voters NOT to vote for him/her and instead to hold their noses, vote for the Dem, and write on the back of their ballots or on a separate page “Adopt the Green Party Green New Deal”. Most Democrats, those at the base level, agree with the Green Party platform. But by the time Democrats rise to the top and get elected, they have sold out to Big Pharma, Big Oil, Big Wireless, and Big Banking. We should urge the green Democratic base to take control of the Democratic Party adopt the complete Green New Deal, and merge with the Green Party.
