7:00 PM HOW TO FIGHT SMART METERS 7 PM

The first topic will be submitting your own Request for Public Disclosure of the documents expand the original utility easement to authorize the additional features of smart meters. Smart meters with their additional features and general defectiveness, exceed the scope of the easement and therefore are a trespass.

The second topic is filing your own small claims case against smart meters. I have prepared sample forms which can be used in any utility district. Lawyers are not allowed to participate in Small Claims, but they can advise you on how to handle your case. Sue for $5,000, the limit allowed. Find the forms here.

Fine Print: You may use my forms without charge, provided that you agree not to resell them or repost them. Your use of my forms or your calling me to inquire does not create an attorney-client relationship between us. That requires something in writing. You may post links to the documents anywhere and everywhere.

7:30 PM – WE CAN ELIMINATE TRAFFIC CONGESTION AND GET AROUND WITHOUT OWNING A CAR

Our current mass transit system does not pick us up where we are or take us all the way to where we are going. It is disconnected and difficult to use. The solution is a door-to-door van system with rides summoned by Uber style cell phone app. It would solve the last mile problem, save billions, make it possible to get around without a car.  Read more.

8:00 PM – BUYING AND REAL ESTATE

Real estate is not just for rich people. People of ordinary means can partner together and buy jointly. People need warm and dry places to live, so real estate has inherent and permanent value, and not likely to drop too much in value. You can put your property into a trust, which will carry out your purpose after you are gone.
